Who we are
Iris Gehring, CRNP
Iris was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She received her undergraduate at Salisbury State University graduating in 1992 with her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing. She graduated from Wilmington University receiving her Master’s of Science and Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Iris has maintained certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Combined with her Emergency Nurse background, Iris has over three decades of providing safe and passionate patient-centered care with precise attention to detail. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received Botox and Dermal Filler training from Aesthetic Medical Educators, then furthered her training with Empire Medical Training in Advanced Dermal Filler and Advanced Lip Fillers. She stays up to date on the latest injectables by attending training offered by Revanesse, Jeaveau, and Merz. Iris is also a certified ZO Skin Expert.
At Magnolia Aesthetics and Wellness, Iris’s goal is to bring self confidence and self-love to everyone she meets by making you feel beautiful on the inside and out giving you natural realistic results.
Iris is a mother to two amazing adult children . On her days off, you will find her working in her yard, relaxing by the pool or beach with friends and family.
Danielle Sweitzer, CRNP
Danielle Twilley Sweitzer, CRNP grew up on the shore and attended Salisbury University where she graduated in 2008 with a Bachelors in Education, 2009 with a Masters in Post Secondary Education, and 2011 with a Bachelors in Science, Nursing. While at Salisbury, she played field hockey which she loved. She continues her passion for the sport by helping coach recreational youth field hockey. Danielle worked as an Emergency Room nurse for 10 years, Infection Control Manager, and Circulating Nurse at a plastic surgeon’s office. Wanting to continue her education, Danielle attended Wilmington University graduating in 2019 with her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner. Upon graduation she has worked in Urgent Care as well as Pre- Operative Assessments. When Danielle is not working, she is spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
